1. We care about performing the best repair possible. Alot of technicians break out the drill right off the bat. The reason they do this is the repair will be easier to fill and they can move on to the next customer faster. The downfall is you will always be able to see the drill hole...believe me not pretty at all.
-At Roo's we pride ourselves on achieving the best looking repairs possible and only drill as a last resort. If we are doing a crack repair we will always have to drill at the end of the crack to keep it from spreading, but for chip repairs we rarely drill(less than 1% of the time).
2. We take the time to make sure the repair is done right. Some shops will tell you "we can have that chip taken care of in 20 min". Well in some cases we might have it done that fast too. However, we do not time our repairs, we will take the time to make sure you receive the best possible repair no matter how long it takes. Many factors play a roll in determining how long the repair time takes. (i.e. temperature of glass, age of break, and size of break.)

Spring Cleaning Time!
Wow! We are off to a beautiful spring and the weather has been fantastic these last few weeks. Now that the chances of snow are diminshing it is time to clean that automobile up and get ready for summer!
One thing I like to due with our cars every spring is hand wash them thoroughly and put a nice coat of wax or polish on to protect the paint. My favorite brand is Zaino Bros. (http://www.zainobros.com/) and trust me I have tried alot. What I like best about this polish is if some gets on the moldings it doesn't leave a white chalky coating that is nearly impossible to remove. Also this polish lasts along time and is easy to apply and remove.
Don't forget to inspect that windshield too and call Roo's to repair any damage before it spreads into a long crack. As always most full coverage insurance will pay 100% of the repair cost and it will not cost you anything and we take care of the paperwork, quick and painless! We also come to you at work, home, or anywhere in between!
