Happy New Year!

Wow, the year has taken off quick and we are already into February. First, I would like to thank all my customers from 2009 for a great year! I also would like to thank all of the customers that have already called me in 2010 that were previous customers and those that have referred me to your friends and families. There is no better feeling than getting a referral from a previous customer.

Well, with a new year comes new commitments and I am proud to say that me and my wife decided to start a new lifestyle and we are into our 5th week now. We are doing a program call Body for Life. It is an excellent program and works as I have done it before. The problem as with all diets is doing it for life. This program is all about portion control and eating 5-6 small meals a day and working out 6 days a week. The great thing about BFL is one day a week you get to designate as free day and get to eat whatever you want and as much as you want. It gives us something to look forward to during the week. However, sometime too much of fun food can make you feel sick after eating so well during the week. It is the one diet that is easy to stick to and the Eating for Life book that goes along with it has some great recipes in it that make the lifestyle change alot easier.
